When I excavated the contents of my hoover bag, traces of precious memories lay before me.  Each piece of debris represented a moment in my family life. People and stories were entwined within the clumps of hair, dust and random objects. It was like time had been collapsed and tangled into one space. Now the space had been opened up again to be examined and remembered, like a photo album or box of precious relics.
